This website started with family, friends, and fellow tourist asking JR to share some of his pictures.  Ultimately, this site morphed into allowing anyone accessing this website to view the photos, and if so desired, allowing people to purchase what they like as works of art.

JR comes from a meager upbringing, but with hard work and good common sense, he was able to obtain a Juris Doctorate, and by most standards, achieve a comfortable level of success. JR’s love for photography began with the love of travel and appreciation for all things beautiful and interesting. Wanting to capture different sights, his love for photography grew out of a natural desire and passion about capturing moments through portraits, landscapes, and artistic shots that reflect experiences and the beauty of the world, culture, people, and mother nature.

His hope is that you too will appreciate and see the beauty and uniqueness of the world as captured by his photography and wonder about the powerful stories each picture tells.

One of JR’s favorite philosophies: “A good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow, so embrace life now because time is everything!” Hopefully at least one of the photos here will inspire you to do now what you have put off for tomorrow.
